Registering with the practice
Our books are currently open but full with a capped list (except for households of existing patients). We are a very busy practice and do not have the resources to safely look after more patients.
On the first Tuesday of every month we run a search to see how many spaces we have. If we do have any spaces available, then at 2pm at our Main Site (St Saviours Road) we will offer those spaces on a first-come-first-serve basis. The numbers are normally very limited and are calculated as one space per person and not per family.
We do appreciate how frustrating it must be for you when you are trying to register with us and are unable to; and for this we sincerely apologise. We wish we could accept everyone, but we hope that you understand that this would not be safe to do so and we have to have a limit to ensure patient safety.
In order to find a GP you could try contacting other local practices to see if they are able to accept you and to help you we have listed a few below or you can visit the NHS Choices website www.nhs.uk.

If you are unable to find a GP you can contact West Kent Clinic Commissioning Group (WKCCG) for further advice and assistance on 03000 425150. They will expect you to have three ‘unable to register’ letters from practices (who have capped lists) before being able to help you further.
How we work
In order to enhance continuity of patient care we operate a ‘personal-doctor' registration system.
You (including children) will be allocated a named, accountable GP whom you will see for most non-urgent appointments.
If, on registration, you prefer to choose a specific doctor please inform the reception staff who will endeavour to accommodate your request depending on the availability of spaces on that doctor's list.
When you register you will be asked to complete the following forms:
- a registration form
- a medical questionnaire, this is because it can take considerable time for us to receive your medical records.
- Alcohol Screening
Once you have completed your forms we will make you an appointment with either your new GP or the practice nurse for a health check.
